Role & responsibilities

- The AWS Cloud Architect is responsible for designing, building, and operating secure, scalable, and highly available cloud platforms on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect secure AWS solutions.

- Manage AWS IaaS, PaaS and Data Environment services.

- Lead, design, drive and plan cloud migration initiatives.

- Design secure networking using VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53, VPN and PrivateLink.

- Develop IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation and AWS CDK.

- Implement AWS Landing Zones and governance frameworks.

- Deploy and Support CI/CD pipelines and automation.

- Implement monitoring using CloudWatch, CloudTrail and AWS Config.

- Drive cloud cost optimization.

- Create architecture documentation and standards.

- Lead discussions with customers and other stakeholders for Architecture, design and deployment





- Sound knowledge and experience on

- Amazon Bedrock

- Amazon SageMaker

- Amazon Q

- AI governance and platform architecture

Mandatory Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.

- 8+ years overall IT experience and 5+ years AWS architecture experience.

- Robust experience with EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, EKS, ECS, Lambda, IAM, Route53, CloudFront and AWS Organizations.

- Expertise in Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.

- Experience with DevOps, security, governance and migration programs.

- AWS Golden Jacket Holder (All Active AWS Certifications)

AWS Golden Jacket status will be considered a strong differentiator during evaluation.
