Role Description The Automobile Premium Car Mechanic will perform day-to-day diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of premium vehicles, with a focus on Skoda and Tata passenger cars.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough vehicle inspections, identifying mechanical and electrical issues, and carrying out scheduled services and complex repairs to manufacturer standards. The role involves working closely with the service advisor team to understand customer concerns, documenting work performed,



and ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The mechanic will use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment, follow workshop processes, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Gurudev Motors facilities in Chennai.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Vehicle Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and general Automotive knowledge.
- Candidates should possess proven expertise in Automotive Repair, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and component replacement for premium cars.
- Candidates should possess a commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with service advisors and customers.
- Formal automotive technician training or ITI/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience working with premium or luxury vehicles and familiarity with OEM service manuals and diagnostic tools is beneficial.
- Ability to follow safety standards, work in a fast-paced workshop environment, and collaborate effectively within a service team.
