Vision system management and calibrating as per the dues.

Trouble shooting & Breakdown preventive, redective maintenance of automation systems.

Data storage monitoring and verification.

Mentoring the team and develop their skills by frequent interaction ,provide feed back on their actions .

Working with Cross fucntional team in new projects .

Key Responsibilities and Skills

1. Breakdown Analysis & Corrective Action Planning

- Conduct root cause analysis of major and recurring breakdowns in automation systems.

- Develop and implement action plans to eliminate repeat issues and improve system reliability.

2. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance

- Ensure timely execution of preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

- Optimize maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

3. Automation Project Development

- Design, develop, and program PLCs, Robotics, and HMI systems for new automation projects.





- Drive productivity improvements through innovative automation solutions.

4. Team Management

- Allocate tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.

- Manage team attendance, leave planning, and overtime to maintain optimal resource utilization.

5. Communication & Collaboration

- Maintain explicit communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams upon project completion.

- Ensure all relevant parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Cost Consciousness

- Maintain a cost-conscious approach in all activities to optimize resource usage and reduce operational expenses.

7. Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving

- Apply structured problem-solving techniques to address technical and operational issues.

- Use data-driven decision-making to enhance system performance and reliability.
