Location: Delhi jhandewalan Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and technically strong HVAC AutoCAD Designer with project execution knowledge. who can independently handle HVAC Autocad softwere for projects planning and design drawing with coordination to site execution and project completion. The candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD desi, HVAC heat-load calculations, HVAC project execution, site supervision, quantity estimation, Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants, architects and interior designers. Candidates have basic knowledge of marketing and business development skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities Handle complete HVAC AutoCAD drawings project execution from start to completion. Perform and understand HVAC heat-load calculations and equipment selection.

Prepare





AutoCAD drawing HVAC layouts for ducting, piping, equipment and other HVAC services. Supervise HVAC installation work at site and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications. Attend project/site meetings with clients, architects and interior designers’ consultant.

Solid verbal communication and client-handling skills are essential. Able to present HVAC drawings and explain design details clearly to clients. Must be comfortable answering client questions and coordinating design changes professionally.

Prepare BOQ, material requirements, quantity calculations and project-related documentation. Check installation quality and ensure work is completed as per project requirements. Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions.

Coordinate testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and handover of HVAC systems. Maintain proper project documentation, drawings and records. Support preparation of quotations, technical proposals and project costing when required.

Important: The ideal candidate should be able to manage both the technical/project execution side and client/consultant coordination side of HVAC projects.
