We are urgently hiring an experienced Mechanical AutoCAD Draughtsman for a Reverse Engineering project at our client’s site, BALCO Power Plant, Korba, Chhattisgarh.

The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Mechanical Reverse Engineering, preferably in a power plant setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical components using AutoCAD and relevant 3D modelling software.
- Perform reverse engineering of existing mechanical components, equipment and spare parts.
- Develop detailed manufacturing drawings based on physical components, dimensions and site measurements.
- Carry out on-site measurements and prepare accurate technical drawings.
- Understand mechanical assemblies, fabrication drawings, tolerances and engineering specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers and maintenance teams to complete assigned drawings.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Reverse Engineering and Drafting.




- Experience working in a Power Plant is required.
- Strong working knowledge of both 2D Drafting and 3D Modelling.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant 3D mechanical design software.
- Ability to independently prepare drawings from existing mechanical parts and site measurements.
- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
- Willingness to work at BALCO Power Plant, Korba, Chhattisgarh.
- Must be available to join immediately.

Salary & Joining Conditions

Fixed In-Hand Salary: ₹35,000/- Per Month

Candidates should apply ONLY IF:

1. They have at least 3 years of relevant Mechanical Reverse Engineering experience.
2. They have Power Plant experience.
3. They possess practical knowledge of both 2D and 3D mechanical drafting.
4. They are comfortable with the fixed in-hand salary of ₹35,000/- per month.
5. They are ready to join immediately at Korba, Chhattisgarh.
