Role & responsibilities
Must have minimum 7-12 years of experience in Australian Payroll.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of payroll analysts, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance efficiency.
- Payroll Operations
- Oversee end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Address and resolve complex payroll issues or escalations.

- Generate payroll reports for management review and decision-making.
- Analyze trends and provide insights to improve payroll operations.
Must have experience on workday and servicenow. Open for shifts ( 1:30 AM- onwards)
