About the Role The Blue Kite is looking for a driven and creative Social Media & Influencer Marketing Associate to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will own the day-to-day execution of our social media presence and influencer partnerships. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role suited for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, stays ahead of digital trends, and brings energy and creativity to every piece of content.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Publishing

- Maintain the monthly social media content calendar across all platforms
- Handle daily posting, stories, and reels on Instagram and other relevant channels
- Schedule content and ensure consistent, on-brand publishing cadence
- Research trending formats, audio, and creative references to keep content fresh and relevant

Influencer & Creator Management

- Lead influencer outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communication
- Coordinate end-to-end creator campaigns — from brief to deliverable
- Track deliverables, manage timelines, and follow up on creator commitments
- Manage hamper curation, gifting logistics, and influencer relationship touchpoints

Campaign Support





- Assist in execution of ongoing marketing campaigns and brand activations
- Fulfil content requirements across campaigns and ensure smooth marketing activity flow

Skills & Requirements Must-Have Skills

- 1.5–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
- Proficiency across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other major social platforms
- Strong understanding of Reels, Stories, content trends, and short-form video formats
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for influencer outreach and coordination
- Strong organisational skills — able to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously

Good to Have

- Experience working with influencer marketing campaigns or creator partnerships
- Basic design sensibility and familiarity with tools like Canva
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or F&B; brands is a plus
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting
