Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate Sales Manager for our Branch Banking division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving targets by effectively managing a team of sales executives.

The Associate Sales

Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, ensure excellent customer service, and build relationships with clients to foster growth in the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide timely feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Engage with customers to identify their insurance needs, recommend appropriate products, and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the branch team to create marketing and promotional strategies that drive business growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position the company's offerings.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management, detailing performance metrics and improvement strategies.

- Experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Prior experience in branch banking will be an added advantage.
