What are we looking for?

The person In a Mid-level position responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within a specific geographic region or zone. Their primary objective is to design sales strategy for qualitative client acquisition through effective Market Mapping, Market Analysis and Competitor analysis in assigned Market.

The person needs to be vigilant in exercising the duties and responsibilities. He/ She would be driving sales growth, managing sales operations, and achieving acquisition targets within a specific geographic region. This role requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the B2B sales landscape.

What does the job entail?

regulation-compliant business as per IRDAI and Company norms.

- Team leadership: Build solid prospecting, calling, presentation and follow-up habits; coach the team, minimise attrition and develop successors.

- Reporting: Provide accurate updates on presentations, leads, conversions, stakeholder coverage, risks, competition and overall performance.
