The Associate Relationship Manager - Affluent is responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of affluent customers, ensuring a superior banking experience through personalized relationship management. The role involves understanding customer financial needs, providing banking and investment solutions, and driving cross-selling of the bank's products and services. The incumbent will focus on enhancing customer engagement, increasing wallet share, and maintaining long-term relationships with high-value clients.

Responsibilities

Manage and service mapped affluent customer relationships. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking, wealth, and investment products.

Drive cross-sales of CASA, deposits, insurance, mutual funds,



loans, and other banking products.

Deepen existing customer relationships and improve product penetration.

Regularly engage with customers to understand their evolving financial requirements.

Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Achieve individual business and revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Prior experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, or Retail Banking preferred.
- Robust communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of banking and investment products.
