Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum & Instruction: Design and deliver innovative business and management curricula, utilizing modern case study teaching and active learning methods .

- Research & Publication: Conduct impactful research and consistently publish in top-tier, reputed business journals.

- Leadership & Development: Lead academic and curriculum development, mentorship programs, and departmental growth initiatives.

- Student Mentorship: Mentor MBA students, providing guidance on business strategy, career development, and internships.

- Industry Collaboration: Foster strategic partnerships with the industry for internships, guest lectures, and student projects.

Required Qualifications

- PhD (Mandatory): PhD in Management or a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Marketing).

- Master’s (Mandatory): MBA or a relevant Master’s degree.

- Experience:



A minimum of 5 Years Post-PhD teaching and research experience specifically in a business or management school setting.

Required Skills

- Demonstrated strong academic leadership and strategic management expertise.

- Extensive corporate network and ability to drive industry integration.

- Experience in case study teaching and interactive student engagement.

- A robust publication record in reputed business journals.
