Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Associate Principal with strong expertise in Collibra Data Governance and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to lead on-premises data architecture, enterprise data governance, metadata management, and data quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Collibra modules, including Data Catalog, Data Governance, Data Lineage, and Data Quality.
- Configure Collibra workflows, business rules, custom attributes, business glossaries, and governance policies.
- Implement metadata management, data cataloging, and automated data lineage processes.
- Develop and manage data quality rules, profiling, cleansing, and monitoring using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
- Integrate Collibra with enterprise data warehouses, BI tools, and ETL platforms.
- Collaborate with data owners, data stewards, architects,



and business stakeholders to drive governance adoption and data literacy.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, maintain technical documentation, and drive continuous improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership on data governance best practices.

Mandatory Skills
- Robust hands-on experience with Collibra Data Governance.
- Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
- Expertise in data cataloging, metadata management, data lineage, and business glossary.
- Experience configuring Collibra workflows, governance policies, and custom attributes.
- Experience with enterprise data architecture and data governance implementations.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
