Purpose/Objective

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end billing and payment processes for transporters and vendors involved in coal logistics.

This role ensures accuracy in financial transactions, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and maintains effective administrative and service order processes.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Prepare, verify, and process invoices for transporters and vendors.

- Ensure timely and accurate payment disbursement in line with contractual terms - Validate billing data against service orders and delivery records.

- Maintain compliance with internal financial controls and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with transporters, vendors, and internal departments (Finance, Logistics, Procurement) to resolve discrepancies.




- Provide timely updates and reports to management on payment status.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ B.

Com or related field; MBA preferred Work Experience (Range of years): Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, payment processing, financial coordination, or related roles.

Preferred Industry: Background in the Coal Mining and Power and Utilities sector.
