Role: Associate Director – Sales Operations & Client Delivery
1. Key Skills and Experience Required
- Experience in Sales Operations, Client Delivery, Direct Sales, and Operations Management.
- Robust experience in B2B Sales, Sales Operations, and Client Delivery – all three are mandatory.
- Proven experience managing multi-layer teams and multiple client accounts.
- Experience in P&L; Management, BPO, Contact Centers, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, Six Sigma, Client Relationship Management, and Process Improvement.
2. Team Management
- should have experience managing a team size of 200–400 FTEs.
- Experience managing multi-layer teams and multiple accounts is essential.
