Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a motivated Associate for its CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back Office team. The role serves as the first point of contact for clients, delivering prompt, accurate information and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction within the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors.

Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and timely manner.
- Diagnose and resolve product or service issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Provide accurate information about BFSI products, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and gather feedback.
- Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements to management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, compliance, IT) to address client needs.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards set by the department.




- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and company offerings.
- Contribute to knowledge‑base articles and FAQs to enhance self‑service options.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer care or back‑office role, preferably in BFSI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced workplace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Basic understanding of banking, financial services, or insurance regulations.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including occasional weekends or holidays.
