About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-driven BDS graduates to join the Home Scan Team at MakeO (toothsi).

As an Associate Dentist, you will visit customers' homes for smile consultations, perform 3D oral scans, explain clear aligner treatment plans and benefits, and support the conversion of consultations into sales.

This is a non-clinical, field-based role. No dental treatment or clinical procedures are involved.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers' homes for pre-booked smile consultations and perform 3D oral scans using scanning devices.
- Explain the clear aligner treatment process, benefits, and pricing options to customers.
- Address customer queries, conduct follow-ups, and convert consultations into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly consultation, sales, and conversion targets.
- Complete approximately 6–7 customer appointments per day, covering around 70–80 km daily.
- Coordinate with central operations and sales teams for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
- Ensure a smooth,



qualified, and positive customer experience.
- Maintain customer records and daily activity reports using CRM applications and mobile tools.

Candidate Requirements
- BDS degree is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in dentistry, B2C sales, field sales, healthcare, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales orientation and the ability to achieve targets.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel and daily customer visits.
- Basic proficiency in CRM applications, mobile tools, and scanning devices.
- Personal bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.

Work Schedule
- Appointment window: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Appointments may be scheduled at any time within this window based on customer bookings.
- Daily workload: Approximately 6–7 appointments, covering 70–80 km.
- Full-time, field-based role.

Compensation Salary plus performance-based incentives, as per company policy.
