Devpratik Developers is an architecture, construction, and real estate development firm based in Jaipur. We work across architectural planning, design, construction, and related consultancy services.

We are expanding our architectural team and looking for a capable, self-driven architect who can independently manage architectural projects, coordinate with clients, and guide junior team members through project execution.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced architect who can take ownership of projects from initial client discussions through design development, drawing coordination, and final deliverables.

The role involves managing day-to-day client communication, preparing and reviewing architectural designs, coordinating with draftsmen and junior architects, and ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed timelines.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to lead projects independently, work directly with clients, and contribute to building and scaling our architectural practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Coordination: Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, present design proposals, communicate progress, and incorporate feedback.
- Architectural Planning: Develop architectural concepts, space planning, floor plans, layouts, and 2D drawings in accordance with project requirements.
- Project Management: Take ownership of assigned projects, establish timelines, coordinate deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
- Team Supervision: Guide junior architects and CAD draftsmen, delegate tasks, review drawings, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Drawing Review: Check architectural drawings for accuracy, consistency, coordination, and adherence to the approved design brief.
- Consultant Coordination: Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants,



and other project stakeholders where required.
- Design Development: Manage design iterations, client revisions, and drawing updates while maintaining proper documentation.
- Reporting: Provide regular project updates, identify bottlenecks, and escalate major technical or commercial decisions when necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- Approximately 2–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural planning.
- Ability to develop floor plans, layouts, architectural concepts, and presentation drawings.
- Experience coordinating with clients and managing architectural projects.
- Ability to supervise junior team members and coordinate multiple deliverables.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for project outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with residential, commercial, or real estate development projects.
- Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools, or other architectural software.
- Experience coordinating architectural drawings with structural and MEP consultants.
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
