> 0–2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

> Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

> Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, basic reporting).

> Good written and verbal communication skills.

> Working knowledge of Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems is an advantage (not mandatory).

> High attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
