Responsible for driving business intelligence, reporting automation, performance management, and analytics across the organization. The role manages reporting frameworks, KPIs, incentives, CPP/PIP, sales force management, and business performance insights for stakeholders ranging from ExCO leadership to frontline teams and distribution partners.

Key responsibilities include enhancing and maintaining reporting platforms (e.g., Saral/NearTime), developing automated dashboards and reports using SQL, ETL tools, BI solutions, data warehouses, and related technologies, and converting manual processes into scalable automated solutions. The role oversees end-to-end project delivery, including requirement gathering, development, testing, UAT support,



and production deployment.

Additionally, the role is responsible for sales performance tracking, incentive calculations for large sales teams, sales force management policies, risk identification and mitigation, data governance, and providing strategic analytical insights to business leaders. Solid expertise in SQL, ETL, reporting automation, BI tools, and insurance industry knowledge is essential to improve efficiency, reduce operational risks, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
