Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for an Assistant Trainee / Intern / Semi Qualified CA/CS / Paid Assistant at KDSS. The role involves supporting tax and compliance engagements, including preparation and filing of ITR, GST, and TDS returns under supervision.

Salary Budget for paid Asistant upto 35k (no bar for right candidate)

Artical Assistant 7k

Qualifications

- Educational background: Pursuing or completed articleship / internship as Semi Qualified CA/CS, or commerce graduate/undergraduate with a focus on accounting, finance, or taxation.
- Foundational knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance, including direct tax (ITR, TDS), GST concepts, and basic company law terminology.
- Basic accounting skills, including journal entries,



ledgers, reconciliations, and familiarity with accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word, for working papers, data compilation, and report preparation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with a client-focused, qualified manner.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to follow structured processes and deadlines.
- Ability to learn quickly, work under supervision as well as independently, and collaborate effectively in a small team environment.
- Prior exposure to tax filing, GST returns, or compliance work (internship or project experience) is an advantage but not mandatory
