Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Assistant Production Manager (Interior Fit Out) with compensation up to 7 LPA. The role involves overseeing day-to-day interior fit out activities, coordinating with design, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The Assistant Production

Manager will monitor work progress, manage schedules, track materials and resources, and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines on site.

Responsibilities include resolving operational issues, supervising contractors and vendors, updating project documentation, and providing regular status reports to senior management.



The role also requires close interaction with clients and stakeholders to align execution with approved designs and project specifications.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination and site management skills, with the ability to handle multiple interior fit out projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and finishes, including experience with residential or commercial fit out work.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Experience in vendor and contractor management, including negotiation, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in basic project tracking tools (such as MS Excel, MS Project, or similar) and comfort with reporting and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and commitment to safety and compliance on site.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an interior fit out or construction production role, ideally within a fast-paced, design-led environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram on a full-time basis and adapt to energetic project requirements.
