- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Ads/Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising concepts, campaign management, and marketing processes.
- Experience in training, coaching, and developing teams would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
