Assistant Marketing & Sales Manager – Hospital Industry

Location: East Delhi, Delhi NCR

Experience: 4+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing professional with a solid knowledge of the east delhi hospital and healthcare market.

Job Responsibilities

- Promote hospital services to increase patient footfall and admissions.
- Promote hospital services, specialities, OPD and healthcare packages.
- Build relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, and corporate clients across East Delhi.
- Develop doctor referral networks and generate business opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with hospital departments and maintain marketing MIS reports.

Eligibility




- Graduate in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in hospital marketing or healthcare business development.
- Strong knowledge of the East Delhi healthcare market and doctor network.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
