Role & responsibilities

Drive sales of refrigeration units across the assigned territory.

Calculate refrigeration loads and select the right refrigeration unit for each customer need.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations to customers.

Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and contractors to create new business opportunities.

Travel within the assigned region to meet customers and close sales.

Achieve the assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on sales experience in the refrigeration industry (cold storage, industrial or commercial refrigeration, compressors or related equipment).

Ability to do refrigeration load calculations and select equipment on their own.

Experience in preparing technical and commercial quotations.

Existing network with customers, contractors or consultants in North India.

Willingness to travel often within the territory, including Nepal.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Based in Delhi NCR, or ready to relocate.
