Assistant Manager - Research, Equity Advisor

Responsibilities

- Share equity recommendations to help (mapped) RMs / dealers / franchise partners guide clients.
- Build relationships with - Relationship Managers (RMs), Dealers and Franchise partners. Further support them in client trading and portfolio decisions.
- Market Research - Stay updated with - Market trends, Research reports, Economic news, Sector performance.
- Client & Internal Coordination - Handle client queries, Coordinate between clients and RMs and Monitor advisory calls.
- Compliance & Monitoring - Ensure advice and calls follow company and regulatory norms. Keep records and follow compliance rules.
- Conduct fortnightly review calls with team members for Feedback, Follow-ups, training and assistance

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong communication & negotiation skills with knowledge of NSE/BSE platforms, derivatives, and capital markets
- The role requires attention to detail, speed, and solid analytical skills
- Candidates from BFSI Industry preferred - Freshers
