Job Title: Assistant Manager - Outsource Accounting

The Assistant Manager - Outsource Accounting will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the outsourced accounting function. This role entails coordinating with teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining robust internal controls. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in client communication, project management, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the outsourced accounting team to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Liaise with clients to understand their accounting needs and provide updates on project status.
- Monitor the performance of outsourced services and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Assist in audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and insights to external auditors.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in their roles.
