Job Summary

Responsible for providing technical formulation support and driving business development for a portfolio of excipients including binders, disintegrants, co-processed fillers, coatings, solubilizers, injectable-grade excipients, and oleochemicals. The role involves close interaction with pharma customers to support product selection, resolve technical challenges, and expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Services

· Provide formulation support for solid oral, liquid, topical and injectable dosage forms

· Recommend suitable excipients based on application and performance requirements

· Co-ordinate and support for formulation trials in Principals laboratory

· Troubleshoot customer formulation challenges at R&D; and manufacturing facility

· Deliver technical presentations, trainings,



and customer seminars

Business Development

· Develop new customers and applications for assigned excipient portfolio

· Manage and grow existing key accounts

· Generate leads, support development, co-ordinate with Principals and internal regulatory and sales team and support commercial closures

- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth

Customer Engagement

· Act as a technical consultant to R&D;, QA, and procurement teams

· Conduct regular customer visits and provide on-site support as required

· Build long-term customer relationships

Key Skills

· Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical excipients & formulation science

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Commercial acumen and customer-focused approach

· Problem-solving and analytical ability
