Role Description The Assistant Manager Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Munnar . This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, and maintaining employee records.

The Assistant Manager Human

Resources will handle employee relations, assist with performance management processes, and support training and development initiatives for hotel staff. They will ensure HR policies are implemented consistently, support compliance with labor laws,



and collaborate with department heads to meet staffing and engagement needs. The role also involves contributing to HR reporting, supporting HR projects, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Blanket Hotel & Spa’s service standards.

Qualifications

- Experience in core HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance relevant to the hospitality sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an added advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries is preferred.
