What You'll Be Responsible For:

✅ Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable operations for marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra

✅ Reconcile marketplace statements with internal order and inventory systems

✅ Track settlements, deductions, commissions, returns, penalties and debit notes

✅ Ensure accurate and timely booking of invoices, chargebacks and marketplace transactions

✅ Monitor GST & TDS compliance related to e-commerce transactions

✅ Investigate and resolve reconciliation mismatches, payment delays and financial disputes

✅ Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Inventory and Taxation teams





✅ Manage vendor relationships and handle escalations professionally

✅ Support month-end closing and ensure timely closure of e-commerce accounts

✅ Prepare MIS, ageing reports and cash-flow projections

✅ Identify process improvements to reduce financial leakages and improve reconciliation accuracy

✅ Manage the team and ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines

What We're Looking For

? Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance / Accounting / Commerce; MBA preferred

? 3–6 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, Accounts Payable, E-commerce or Retail

? Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra marketplace financials

? Strong command of MS Excel, Tally/ERP and reconciliation tools

? Good knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles

? Solid analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

? Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
