Candidate will be responsible for end-to-end Performance Management System and its process excellence
- Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operation of the Performance Management System.
- Candidate will be responsible for coordinating all the departments in terms of Employee updation in the employee master, KRA updation, Self-assessment, self-assessment approval, Report generation, requesting HR and F&A; for the payouts.
- Candiate will work on the Incentive, Bonus, project based incentive or any type of incentive scheme creating, implementing and payout across the company.
