Purpose/Objective

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, and project management within the Power/Energy sector.

As a Dy.

Manager - Civil, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Manage and oversee all civil engineering projects within the Power/Energy industry - Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards

- Lead a team of civil engineers, contractors,



and subcontractors - Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution - Prepare regular project status reports for management

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies - Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle - Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Master's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
