Senior Accounts & Taxation Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Taxation professional with a robust accounting background and sound knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Maintain and review ledgers, journals, vouchers, and accounting records.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and accounting schedules.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Manage GST/TDS reconciliations and related documentation.
- Conduct ledger scrutiny and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Support internal and statutory audit activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.




- Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting and taxation activities.
- Prepare accounting and taxation reports for management review.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Taxation.
- Strong practical knowledge of Accounting and Taxation.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Educational qualification: B. Com / BBA / M. Com / MBA.
- Candidates with a CA background are preferred.
- CA Inter, CA Final, or CA Dropout candidates can be considered.
- Candidates who have cleared any level of CA but are not qualified CAs can be considered.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualification: B. Com / BBA / M. Com / MBA

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Accounting & Taxation.
- Strong accounting fundamentals with practical taxation experience.
- Candidates with CA Inter/Final/Dropout background will be preferred.
- Preferred age range: 30–35 years.
