As an Analytics Manager you will help Emeritus understand how learners find us, enroll and succeed, and turn data into clear decisions for marketing, outreach, product and finance teams. You will work hands-on with data, and use AI tools like Claude and Cursor to build analyses, automations and dashboards quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Problem Solving

- Build the metrics, reports and dashboards that answer our most important business questions.




- Dig into the data to find insights and recommend actions that grow enrollments and improve spend efficiency.
- Use statistics and machine learning where helpful to spot trends and guide strategy.
- Explain findings in easy terms, with clear next steps, to stakeholders at every level.

2. Data Foundations

- Work with the data engineering team to build and maintain the tables, views and data pipelines that power our reporting.
- Keep data accurate, consistent and easy to use across teams and tools.

3. AI-Enabled Analytics

- Use GenAI tools such as Claude and Cursor to build real projects end to end, for example automated reports, dashboards, internal tools and simple AI agents.
- Use AI to make sense of unstructured data such as call recordings, support tickets and learner feedback, and turn it into insights.
- Create reusable setups, such as documented metrics and ready-made prompts, so the whole team can work faster with AI.
- Check AI outputs carefully for accuracy, and help the team use AI responsibly.
- Test ideas, including A/B tests, and learn from the results to keep improving.

4. Stakeholder Partnership

- Partner closely with marketing, outreach, product, content,



creative and finance teams across regions.
- Prioritize requests by business impact and keep everyone informed on progress.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills, plus experience with a dashboard tool such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
- Working knowledge of Python or R, and of statistics.
- Familiarity with web or product analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude or Mixpanel.
- Hands-on experience using GenAI tools like Claude and Cursor to build projects. You can show something you have built with them and you know how to check the results.
- Strong business sense and the ability to turn complex analysis into clear, practical recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
