The Assistant Manager in the Data Lake Production Team will play a key role in managing and supporting data lake operations. This position is designed for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, production support, or related fields. The role involves overseeing daily workflows, ensuring data quality, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain reliable and efficient data lake operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Production Operations: Monitor and manage daily data ingestion, ETL pipelines, and workflow orchestration to ensure smooth functioning of the data lake.

 Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain service levels.

 Team Support: Assist junior engineers and analysts, providing mentorship and technical support.

 Process Optimization: Contribute to automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

 Data Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance and security standards.

 Documentation:



Maintain clear documentation of workflows, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and audit purposes.

 Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production performance, incidents, and KPIs for management review.

 Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to provide updates and align on priorities.

 Production Deployment: Support Development team to do the deployment in current CR and

Modules.

 EOM Process Support : Support EOM process for DWH.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, production support, or datalake support knows

AWS tech stack operations.

 Hands-on experience with big data technologies (PySpark, Pyton, AWS Glue, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS)

 Familiarity with ETL tools and workflow orchestration frameworks (Airflow, AWS Glue).

 Strong problem-solving ski
