Job Title: Assistant Manager Corporate EHSS

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Manager Corporate EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability) & ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of corporate EHSS and ESG strategies aimed at ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.

Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Environmental Science + Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (Preforabaly CLI/RLI).
- Relevant certification in EHSS or ESG is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHSS and/or ESG roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHSS policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulations.
- Support the execution of ESG initiatives and reporting processes, ensuring transparency and accountability in our sustainability efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate environmental, health, and safety risks.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to evaluate compliance and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and present reports on EHSS and ESG performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
- Provide support in training and awareness programs to promote a culture of safety and sustainability among employees.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, to maintain positive relationships and facilitate compliance efforts.
