Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Assistant Manager to support the Branch Manager in daily operations, sales, accounting, and inventory management at our Valanchery branch. Candidates with wholesale trading experience and knowledge of Tally accounting software will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- - Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations.

- - Coordinate and supervise sales activities to achieve business targets.

- - Monitor sales, purchases, payments, and collections.

- - Maintain accounting records using Tally software.

- - Handle billing, invoicing, and financial documentation.

- - Support inventory management and stock control.

- - Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and the accounts team.

- - Prepare sales reports and monitor branch expenses.

- - Ensure proper documentation and accurate financial records.





- - Support the team in resolving operational issues and improving efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

- - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar business.

- - Knowledge of electrical, sanitary, and plumbing products is preferred.

- - Knowledge of Tally accounting software is preferred.

- - Experience in sales coordination, accounts, and inventory management.

- - Good communication, organizational, and team management skills.

- - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.

Salary & Benefits

- - Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

- - Free company-provided accommodation.

- - Working hours: Starting at 9:30 AM.
