Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and energetic Area Sales Manager to lead our channel sales efforts in the solar industry in Bahraich. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with channel partners, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the solar market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a sales team.

Required Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve targets in the assigned area.
- Identify and recruit potential channel partners, including distributors and dealers, to expand the sales network.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure proper product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings with partners to review performance, address concerns, and discuss growth strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that support sales efforts.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform management of market conditions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing timely solutions.
