We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond the prompt. AI can answer questions, but we want ours to anticipate them and act on what's next. At Viñara Intelligence, we’re pioneering with Anticipatory Intelligence ~ AI that understands context, makes decisions, and takes action. We have the vision, and we’re looking for an AI Consultant to help us architect the intelligence behind it.

What you’ll help us do:

- Design the architecture for our agentic AI system.
- Help define how AI agents reason, plan, use tools, make decisions, and act autonomously within appropriate guardrails.
- Explore multi-agent orchestration, contextual reasoning, memory, and real-time decision-making.
- Translate ambitious product ideas into practical, scalable AI architecture.
- Challenge assumptions, spot technical blind spots, and help us build the right thing, not just the newest thing.
- You might be our person if you have hands-on experience with agentic AI, LLM-based systems, AI orchestration, or intelligent automation.
- Understand frameworks and patterns for building reliable AI agents.
- Can move comfortably between big-picture architecture and practical implementation decisions.
- Enjoy early-stage ambiguity and can turn “What if AI could…?” into a credible technical plan.
- Are excited to collaborate, experiment,



and help shape an ambitious AI product from the ground up.

A little note on compensation (and keeping life peaceful): We can currently offer equity, not a salary. A paid compensation structure will follow once our funding and financial position are on steadier ground. We’re looking for someone who genuinely believes in the vision and is open to an equity-based arrangement, with the scope, contribution, vesting, and terms clearly discussed and documented before either side commits. One important thing, though: Please don’t sign up if this arrangement would make your finances or peace of mind wobble. We’re building AI that anticipates problems, not create new ones for our teammates. Your well-being matters, and the right fit should feel exciting ~ not stressful.
