ABOUT SIGENERGY INDIA:

Sigenergy India, part of the Failte Solar Group, operates in the clean-energy and renewable-energy sector, with a focus on solar energy, energy storage and related technologies. As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to automate workflows and implement reliable AI-enabled solutions across our ERP. The role will work closely with business and technical teams to turn operational needs into secure, maintainable improvements.

ROLE PURPOSE:

Design, build and roll out Claude-powered automations and ERP integrations. Identify suitable workflows, connect AI services to ERP capabilities through approved integrations, and ensure each solution is secure, tested, maintainable and usable by the teams it supports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Workflow Discovery & Solution Design

- Work with business teams to map end-to-end processes and identify high-value automation opportunities.
- Translate requirements into solution designs that define data flows, approvals, exception paths and success measures.
- Select the right approach for each use case, using Claude, ERP-native capabilities or conventional automation as appropriate.

2. Claude AI & Application Development

- Build Claude-powered assistants and workflow automations using the Anthropic API and approved integration tools.
- Design prompts and tool-use workflows that connect Claude to approved ERP actions and business data.
- Use validation, clear operating boundaries and human review for outputs or actions with business impact.
- Add fallback and exception handling for incomplete, unexpected or low-confidence results.

ERP Integration & Automation:

- Integrate the ERP with AI services and other business systems through supported APIs, webhooks, databases or approved integration patterns.
- Automate repetitive tasks and data exchange, and support document handling, approvals and reporting based on business priorities.
- Build maintainable components that keep information consistent across the ERP and connected applications.
- Use data validation, error handling, retries and logging to make integrations reliable and traceable

4. Security, Quality & Governance

- Apply appropriate access controls, data privacy practices and least-privilege permissions to AI and ERP workflows.
- Maintain audit logs and explicit records of system actions, approvals and exceptions.
- Test business rules, edge cases, permissions and failure scenarios before release.
- Monitor deployed solutions, resolve issues and keep technical and user documentation current

5. Adoption & Continuous Improvement

- Coordinate with ERP administrators, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders during implementation.
- Prepare user guidance and train employees on new workflows and AI-enabled tools.
- Review adoption, accuracy, processing time and error rates,



then improve solutions based on feedback and results

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant training or certification in AI, cloud platforms, ERP systems or software integration is an advantage.

Experience

- Hands-on experience building solutions with Claude or integrating applications with the Anthropic API.
- Strong software development skills in Python or TypeScript / JavaScript.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, SQL, authentication and production system integrations.
- Experience implementing, configuring, customizing or integrating an ERP platform.
- Ability to deliver and support business automations, including testing, monitoring, error handling and documentation.
- Comfort working with business stakeholders to understand needs and explain solutions clearly.
