Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Article Trainee role based in Navi Mumbai.

The Article

Trainee will assist in statutory and internal audits, forensic audits, and preparation of working papers under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities include supporting direct and indirect tax assignments (including GST),



helping with transfer pricing documentation, and contributing to ROC, company law, FEMA, and cross-border compliance work. The role involves researching accounting, tax, and regulatory issues, drafting reports and schedules, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

The Article

Trainee will also collaborate with the team on audits and business advisory engagements, while actively learning.

Qualifications:

- Registered as an Article Trainee under ICAI regulations, or eligible to register (CA Intermediate cleared)
- A sound foundation in accounting, auditing, and basic taxation, including GST
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and valuable time management
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Integrity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team
