- Statutory & internal audits
- Stock audits & concurrent audits
- Tax audits and taxation
- Project financing
- Legal compliances
- Statutory filings
- Subsidy work under various finance schemes

Role: Article Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Assist in statutory, internal, stock and concurrent audits and prepare working papers
- Support tax return preparation, filings, and compliance work
- Handle documentation, data analysis, and record keeping
- Coordinate with senior team members and join client meetings when required

Requirements:

- Strong foundation in accounting, auditing, and taxation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office tools
- Good written and verbal communication,



with attention to detail
- Team player with good time management
- CA Articleship stage or a similar accounting qualification preferred
- Integrity, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
