? CTC: ₹30 LPA (stretchable up to ₹35 LPA)
Key Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA with 8+ years of overall experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience managing a large-scale business with a turnover of ₹200–300 Cr.
- Solid expertise in retail operations, P&L; management, team leadership, and business growth.
- Industry preference: Retail / QSR / FMCG / Hospitality.
- EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlet) experience is not preferred.
