The candidate should possess strong drafting skills, good command over AutoCAD, and a clear understanding of architectural standards, technical drawings, and construction detailing. Position: Architectural Draftsman

Job Location: RPS 12th Avenue, Sector 27, Faridabad

Preferred Skills : AutoCAD, Architectural drafting, detail drawings, working drawings, interpretation of technical drawings, construction documentation, and BIM/Revit knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria-

B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture candidates only,

No MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing).

Key Responsibilities-

1. Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed drafting using AutoCAD.
2. Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details as per project requirements.
3. Interpret architectural and technical drawings accurately.
4.



Assist in preparing construction documentation and drawing revisions.
5. Coordinate with architects and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and timely project delivery.
6. Maintain drawing standards, layer management, and proper file organization.
7. Review drawings for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications.
8. Support project documentation and drafting-related tasks throughout various project stages.
9. Work on multiple projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Requirements-
1. Experience with AutoCAD and architectural drafting practices .
2. Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings.
3. Experience of construction documentation and detailing.
4. Knowledge of building standards and drafting conventions.
5. Exposure to BIM/Revit will be considered an added advantage.
6. Good communication and coordination skills.
