- Prepare architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
- Develop architectural drawings as per project requirements and applicable building regulations.
- Coordinate with RCC/Structural, MEP, Landscape and other consultants.
- Review and coordinate consultant drawings to ensure proper integration.
- Conduct site visits and monitor execution as per approved architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors and project teams for design and technical requirements.
- Prepare and review BOQ, specifications, material schedules and tender-related documents.
- Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and coordinate with relevant authorities.
- Identify site/design issues and provide practical architectural solutions.
- Maintain drawing revisions, project documentation and records.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical/design support.
- Ensure quality, accuracy and timely completion of assigned architectural deliverables.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / 3D software will be an added advantage.
- Valuable knowledge of architectural detailing and construction practices.
- Knowledge of NBC, UDCPR/DCR and building regulations.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
