We are looking for a confident and proactive Appointment Setter to connect with B2B prospects, engage founders and business decision-makers, and book qualified sales meetings for DigiChakra360.

You will receive a list of B2B leads and be responsible for outreach, meeting scheduling, and consistent follow-ups. You will also have the chance to observe sales meetings and learn how prospects are converted into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact assigned B2B leads through calls and other approved outreach channels.
- Connect with founders, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Introduce DigiChakra360 and identify potential business requirements.
- Schedule qualified meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, meeting bookings, and follow-ups.
- Join booked sales meetings as a silent observer to understand client conversations and the sales process.
- Follow up with prospects after meetings and maintain engagement until the deal closes.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and lead handovers.




- Consistently work towards meeting booking and conversion targets.

Compensation Structure

- Commission : 5% on each successfully closed deal attributable to your assigned lead and follow-up efforts, subject to the agreed terms.
- Commission payment timelines, attribution, and eligibility will be mutually agreed upon before commencement.
