Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications.
- Monitor application health, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools.
- Perform Linux server administration and troubleshooting.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
- Support application deployments, releases, and workplace management.
