- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Backup Architecture and Design.
- Experience in designing and implementing backup and recovery solutions in cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and storage technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to backup systems and data integrity.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to optimize backup processes.

Additional Information
