- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline incident resolution and improve system stability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting to improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed systems architecture.
- Skilled in performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure optimal system availability.
