Required Skills

1. Good understanding of REST APIs and API troubleshooting.
2. Hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, etc.).
3. Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
4. Basic understanding of on-premises infrastructure, AWS Cloud, and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL).
5. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and production support tools.
6. Solid SQL and log analysis skills.
7. Excellent documentation, RCA preparation, and communication skills.
8. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

1. Knowledge of Python scripting, AI/ML concepts, and automation.
2. Exposure to monitoring tools such as Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
3. Basic understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
4. Experience in BFSI, FinTech, or enterprise application support
