In this role, you will be responsible for presenting tailored solutions to clients, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring that customers achieve optimal productivity through effective training and support.

- Solution Presentation: Engage with customers and prospects to understand their design engineering challenges and demonstrate how SOLIDWORKS can provide targeted solutions and benefits.

- Technical Troubleshooting: Address software functionality-related issues, including installation problems, compatibility with OS and hardware, and any other technical challenges that arise.

- Problem-Solving: Utilize quick thinking and technical expertise to resolve customer design-related issues and software functionality concerns efficiently.

- Training and Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for users on various functionalities of SOLIDWORKS, helping them achieve desired productivity levels during solution implementation.

- Customer Interaction: Maintain regular communication and conduct reviews with customers to ensure effective utilization of SOLIDWORKS and other CAD/CAM/CAE solutions.
